Kickstarter of the Day: Make pretty 8-bit magic with "Pixel Sand".

“Pixel Sand” is on Kickstarter right now, and it looks promising.

Pixel Sand is both a game and a fantasy-physics simulation where you can take tons of different elements and mix them together to make your own ridiculous concoctions.

With a strong emphasis on player creation, the game is vaguely reminiscent of a sort of 2D Minecraft. The funding will allow development and testing on iOS, XBOX and others. The project deadline is February 19th, and it only takes $3 to net a copy of the game. You can pledge and watch some preview videos here.
