Airline incorporates Facebook stalking into seat selection

In a move that does not portend well for their future as an airline, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is rolling out a new feature that allows passengers the option to choose their seatmates by looking at their Facebook profile (sorry, “timeline”). If you like each other, you sit together. Kind of like OkCupid, except your date will involve you two getting on an airplane. The Los Angeles Times has the full report. Imagine what would happen if we made all decisions about human interaction based on Facebook stalking. It would have made us feel a lot worse about having our asses handed to us by (probably) a bunch of twelve year-olds in Battlefield 3 that we found on Xbox live the other day.
