In the future according to Samsung, everything will be touchscreens.

This new trailer from Samsung showcases the company’s concept for a future handheld device that appears to be some sort of foldable tablet. Fully transparent and able to produce holographic images of, say, a restaurent menu, the device could be easily stuffed away into your pocket and pulled out a moment later to help translate some attractive woman’s French into your native tongue.

Obviously, this technology is years away, so the preview might be more promise than anything else. But it’s an interesting visualization of where designers are thinking to take their products.
