Judging from this behind-the-scenes video, *South Park: The Stick of Truth* is everything you’d want from a true-to-the-source *South Park* game. (Minus Isaac Hayes, RIP.) There’s “authentic crappiness,” analogue fart controls, and wisecracks written by the creators of the show, Trey Parker and Matt Stone. But it’s also something you wouldn’t expect: an RPG with character development by Obsidian, the team behind heavy-hitters such as *Fallout New Vegas* and *Neverwinter Knights 2*.
