A [recent post](http://www.businessinsider.com/chart-proof-that-the-pc-is-dying-a-slow-painful-death-2012-1?ref=killscreen.com) from *Business Insider* makes the situation look even more dire. PCs, they argue, are “dying a slow, painful death” as Macs and mobile devices are thriving in their perceived absence. While things like the new [Ultrabooks from Intel](http://www.businessinsider.com/intel-ultrabooks-at-ces-2012-1?ref=killscreen.com) wowed CES attendees last week, it will be interesting to see how the former stalwart of gaming will fare in the coming months and years.
