*Get excited! It’s time for more mainstream gaming news!*

– Steam has a [mobile app](http://www.giantbomb.com/news/were-all-screwed-steam-has-a-mobile-app-now-updated/3939/?ref=killscreen.com) on both iOS and Android. Get rid of your phone or your credit card if you want to keep eating.

– Nintendo is taking another stab at this “online gaming” thing the kids are talking about with [Nintendo Network](http://wii.ign.com/articles/121/1217360p1.html?ref=killscreen.com). President Satoru Iwata outlined some of the program’s goals and features here.

– Nintendo also has plans for a [new 2D *Mario* game](http://kotaku.com/5879820/nintendo-is-releasing-a-totally-new-2d-mario-game?ref=killscreen.com) on the 3DS.
