*It’s that time again. Here’s today’s wrap-up of mainstream gaming news.*

– 3 years of development later, much-anticipated downloadable game, *Journey*, is [done](http://www.shacknews.com/article/72340/journey-done-with-development?ref=killscreen.com) and will hopefully be out soon.

– *Minecraft* developer Markus Persson aka Notch, [wants to fund](http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2012/02/07/double-fine-schafing-at-the-bit-to-do-psychonauts-2/?ref=killscreen.com) *Psychonauts 2*.

– After some pretty serious financial trouble, THQ has announced they will be [partnering](http://www.shacknews.com/article/72332/thq-announces-partnership-with-innovative-leisure?ref=killscreen.com) with Innovative Leisure, a studio with some serious old-school muscle behind it.

– Eat, Sleep, Play’s David Jaffe, the man behind *Twisted Metal* and *God Of War*  is [leaving the studio](http://www.shacknews.com/article/72345/david-jaffe-leaving-eat-sleep-play-to-start-new-studio?ref=killscreen.com) to start one of his own.

– Respawn Entertainment has resurfaced and their [first game](http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/121/1218097p1.html?ref=killscreen.com) may be out in 2013\. The studio was formed after Infinity Ward heads Jason West and Vince Zampella [left](http://www.joystiq.com/2010/03/02/rumor-activision-ousts-infinity-ward-higher-ups/?ref=killscreen.com) due to [litigation](http://www.joystiq.com/2010/03/02/rumor-activision-ousts-infinity-ward-higher-ups/?ref=killscreen.com) with Activision over *Modern Warfare 2*.

– The *Metal Gear Solid HD Collection* is coming to the [PS Vita](http://kotaku.com/5882935/metal-gear-solid-hd-collection-coming-to-ps-vita?ref=killscreen.com).

– Downloadable *Contra*\-style 2D shooter, *Shoot Many Robots* released a [trailer](http://www.giantbomb.com/meet-the-many-enemies-of-shoot-many-robots/17-5643/?ref=killscreen.com) showing off the enemies you’ll be blasting.
